For Christmas I am lucky enough to be getting the Xbox 360 Super Elite with the 250gb HDD that I am very very excited about. We originally ordered from Play.com about a week ago but after ordering it sat on processing with no information about why it hadn't been dispatched even though when ordered it was in stock.
Well we rang up Play and they said they had ran out of stock and would be getting in more but didn't know when. This was a very strange response that I am very disappointed about. The one time of year for UK shops where it is important to have information available to customers is Christmas and Play seem to have forgot that.
So be careful if you sit on processing might be worth seeing if your item is in stock before other stores run out. Hopefully getting from Tesco now for a little more grr.
